1.1. Returns Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
1.2. How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@patolabynirmalsalvi.in with your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return.
- Our team will review and respond within 48–72 hours.
- Once approved, we’ll share return instructions.
1.3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
- Use a trackable shipping service – we are not responsible for lost return packages.
1.4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.
- Delivery charges are not refundable.
- If the item is not received in original condition, we may refuse the refund.
1.5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.
- Place a new order for the replacement after your return is approved.
